Swing Apache Arkestra
The Swing-Apache-Arkestra is a music project created in 2003 by Joël Musy and Daniel Verdesca.
The band particularity is that every musicians have a different style and experience.
Our will is to play this songs inspired by traditional music of the world, like Balkans, Klezmer music, south Italia, etc... but without orthodoxy problem. it's more like create our own popular music style, made by all our influences.
The affinity between the musicians, the language liberty, the melody expressions, the solos, lead to a rich emotional song, a soundspace, harmonic coloration and melodic close to the different Mediterranean people cultures.

This band created in 2004 by Nelson Parra and Daniel Verdesca count over twenty musicians native from Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba, Italy and Switzerland.

Historic
The 2 directors from this band know each other since more than 20 years. Daniel Verdesca, from Italy, participate to a lot of music project over the world. The Colombian Nelson Parra is not left behinf cause he's in the music place since many years and he teach music in Geneva. Together, they're the organizer of important projects like concerts, events, recordings of various CDs and creation of musical groups that we can quote :

Perez Prado, Ray Conif, Gloria Estefan, Chucho Valdez, Tito Puente etc… An Atmosphere color of the time, on fascinating and varied rhythms of Salsa, Cumbia, Tcha tcha, Mambo.
Festive atmosphere guaranteed!
Just the first notes played and the public now dance, laugh and sing. Onstage the musicians play, move and happily communicate with the public.

three passionate musicians of old jazz meet each other in january 2009. When they try to play for the first time, it be a totally crazy swing, so the name of the band born : "SWING DE FOU". This crazy trio then expanded to sextet. Swing de fou only ask to play, travel and give happiness.
